A "Request for disclosure of held personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act" is detailed below.
(1) Held personal data can be requested for disclosure
Information such as name, address, telephone number, birthdate, trading balance (account number, balance), and trading history
(2) Method for requesting disclosure
Select "Request for disclosure of held personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act" from our Inquiry Form.
We will then contact you with further instructions. Please ensure that the following required documents are uploaded for your account. If we receive a request from a representative, we may contact you by email.
Documents for submission:
1. Request form for personal information disclosure
2. ID verification documents (2 documents such as driver's license or passport)
3. When the request is made by a representative, the following are also required.
・Power of attorney (document proving the individual has requested delegated the request to a representative)
・ID verification documents for the representative (2 documents such as driver's license and passport)
*Personal information obtained by the company in the disclosure procedure will be used in the corresponding inquiry procedure, identity verification of the individual or representative, collection of fees, and response to the disclosure request.
*If you are unable to log in for reasons such as a lost password, please perform the account recovery procedure in advance.
(3) Fees
A standard fee is charged for disclosure requests. Once the request is received, you will be required to pay the fee using the method we prescribe. Any wire transfer fees or other fees incurred shall be the responsibility of the customer.
・1,100 JPY per request (tax included)
(4) Response method
Whether the request is made by the individual or a representative, the response will be mailed to the registered address of the individual unless another location or response method is specified in the personal information disclosure request form.
(5) Process for requests that can not be met
We will not be able to respond to requests under the following circumstances. The fee is non-refundable and will be charged even if we are unable to respond to the request.
1. When the requestor's identity can not be verified
2. When the representative's validity can not be confirmed
3. When the fee is not paid
4. When the request form is incomplete and no correction is received
5. When the request is for something other than held personal data
6. When the disclosure would violate the Personal Information Protection Act or other law, or if applicable laws would prohibit the disclosure
