During this time, some services on both Easy Exchange and bitFlyer Lightning will be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Check below to confirm availability of each service during regular maintenance:
1. Login
You can log in as usual.
2. Easy Exchange and bitFlyer Lightning
• New orders cannot be placed. Orders will not be executed.
• Once maintenance is complete, the Itayose method will be implemented for 2 minutes to determine the opening price for resuming trading.
• Orders placed before maintenance can still be canceled during maintenance. However, the reflection of the cancelation may be delayed.
• If a special order is triggered right before maintenance, execution may be delayed until after services resume. If trading resumes under the Itayose method, the order will use the corresponding Itayose method.
3. Other services
Services other than Easy Exchange and bitFlyer Lightning (including Buy/Sell, JPY deposits/withdrawals or crypto asset deposits/withdrawals, Earn Bitcoin) remain available as usual.
