■ If you don’t know your password
Please go to password reset page, enter your registered email address, and click “Request Password Reset for bitFlyer.” We will guide you through the steps to reset your password.
■ If you have requested to freeze your own account
In cases where you clicked the “Freeze Account” button via the link in your login confirmation email, please go to the account unfreeze page, enter your registered email address, and click “Request Unfreeze for bitFlyer.” After verifying your identity, we will complete the unfreeze process according to our security procedures.
