TxOut
TxOut is the part of a transaction that designates where to find the destination of the currency being sent.
Bitcoin uses a record of the sequence of transactions format that makes it possible to verify every transaction in circulation.
The basic structure is composed of multiple inputs that put money in (TxIn) and multiple outputs that take money out (TxOut).
TxOut defines the amount of currency to be sent and which address it is to be sent to.
The total in the TxIn and TxOut must at least match (a positive difference is used for fees), so the address for change must be designated.
