All values transferred are recorded on an electronic ledger. This value is considered a new form and genre of payments. Investment Laws (deposit regulation), Banking Laws (currency trading), and the financial settlement methodology in the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds in Japan do not apply directly to these values.
