The Company shall comply with the Act on the Provision of Financial Services, Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Payment Services Act, and all related laws and regulations. The Company shall conduct solicitations appropriately in accordance with the solicitation policy established below.
We shall endeavor to make solicitations that match the customer’s intentions and actual circumstances based upon a full understanding of the customer’s investment knowledge, experience, financial status, purpose of trading, etc.
The Company shall not solicit customers in a method or at a time that may cause inconvenience to customers.
The Company shall endeavor to disclose the appropriate information regarding the product details and risk associated with our products.
The Company shall endeavor to have the Company’s officers and employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills through education and training in order to appropriately solicit customers.
