Miyazaki Nagasato

He graduated from the Faculty of Science and Technology at Keio University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his career at Shin Nihon Audit Corporation (currently EY ShinNihon LLC), where he spent approximately 14 years primarily engaged in financial statement audits and internal control audits for financial institutions. In addition to audit work, he was also involved in advisory services, including co-sourced internal audit engagements.

In 2022, he joined bitFlyer Holdings, Inc. After serving in the President’s Office and the Internal Control Department, he took on a core role in the corporate division, overseeing the control and operation of finance and accounting. He currently serves as Executive Officer in charge of the Finance and Accounting Division, overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including financial closing, disclosure, regulatory compliance, and audit response. He is also driving the enhancement of internal controls and the development and improvement of accounting processes.
