Management and Business Strategy IR Manager

Job Responsibility

As part of our preparations for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), we are looking to hire an IR (Investor Relations) Manager who will play a key role in building a healthy and strategic relationship with the capital markets.

This position involves close collaboration with executive management and leadership in investor and analyst communications, as well as disclosure strategy.

  • Plan and execute communications with shareholders and investors (primarily domestic and international institutional and retail investors)
  • Support the development of an IR framework in preparation for IPO
  • Prepare and manage disclosure documents (e.g., quarterly/annual earnings materials, timely disclosures)
  • Plan and conduct investor briefings (including earnings calls and one-on-one meetings)
  • Develop strategic IR materials based on competitor analysis, market research, and industry trends
  • Coordinate timely disclosures in collaboration with internal departments
  • Manage IR-related content on the corporate website

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of practical experience in IR, corporate planning, or finance at a listed or pre-IPO company, or equivalent experience at a securities firm or audit firm
  • Strong ability to read and prepare financial statements and disclosure documents
  • Excellent communication skills to work closely with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of IPO preparation
  • Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese
  • Understanding of financial modeling and valuation

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Direct involvement in the IPO process
  • Experience in external communications at securities firms, IR consulting firms, audit firms, etc.
  • English communication skills, including drafting English IR materials and engaging with overseas investors
  • Experience in IR or FP&A within financial institutions, crypto asset firms, Fintech, or SaaS industries

Compensation

JPY 10M–14M (depending on experience and skills)

  • Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12
  • Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay: 45 hours per month calculated as Hourly wage × 1.25 × 45
  • Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay
  • Overtime beyond the fixed 45 hours, as well as late-night or holiday work, will be paid separately per legal requirements
  • Additional allowances (e.g., commuting, remote work) are provided separately
  • Performance-based bonuses available

・Head Office in Tokyo (Midtown Tower 30F, 9-7-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo)  Direct access from Roppongi Station  3-min walk from Nogizaka Station  10-min walk from Roppongi-itchome Station ・Work In the Office is currently recommended
