Job Responsibility

[Main Responsibilities] - Respond to internal IT inquiries (troubleshooting, setup support) - Configure and deploy devices such as PCs and smartphones (Windows, Mac,iPhone) - Manage IT assets and user accounts related to onboarding, offboarding, and transfers - Improve helpdesk operations through documentation and self-service enhancements - Manage IT assets and assessments (application deployment, operations tracking) - Issue and manage accounts and permissions for various SaaS and internal tools - Operate and maintain devices (OS control, configuration management, software/patch distribution, GPO management) - Create scripts and GPOs within endpoint management platforms - Coordinate with external vendors and manufacturers for support and inquiries

Required Skills

• Experience operating device management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager or Jamf Pro
• Hands-on experience managing and operating Identity Providers (IdP)
• Practical experience automating tasks using scripts
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with overseas IT counterparts
• Business-level Japanese proficiency

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience setting up Windows devices using MDT or SCCM
• Experience managing Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
• Work experience in the finance or crypto asset industry
• Experience operating Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems
• ITIL certification
• Verbal communication skills in English

Compensation

4,000,000 – 8,000,000 yen - Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12 - Breakdown of monthly salary: -- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month = hourly wage + 25% × 45 hours -- Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay - Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work exceeding 45 hours/month will be compensated separately - Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately - Performance-based bonus available in addition
