Engineering and Design Corporate IT Engineer (Cloud mgmt/operation)
Job Responsibility
As bitFlyer expands its use of cloud services globally, we are strengthening our internal infrastructure operations—particularly around SaaS management. We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will help create a secure yet convenient IT environment for our employees, supporting scalability and operational excellence.
[Main Responsibilities] - Manage and operate cloud services (primarily SaaS) used by all employees - Coordinate with vendors, including instruction, inquiries, and issue resolution - Plan and promote cloud-related projects - Respond to internal user inquiries related to cloud services - Troubleshoot and handle service incidents and outages - Collaborate and communicate with group companies, including overseas offices - Contribute to corporate IT infrastructure operations more broadly
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in implementing, designing, and building IT systems (including cloud environments)
- 3+ years of experience in managing and operating Identity Providers (IdP)
- 3+ years of experience with device management systems (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro)
- Experience in implementing or replacing employee-facing SaaS solutions
- Japanese proficiency at a daily conversational level
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience in automating tasks using scripts or similar tools
- Experience managing and operating tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
- Business-level English proficiency (for coordination with international members)
Technical Stack and Development Environment
6,500,000 - 11,000,000 yen - Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12 - Breakdown of monthly salary: -- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month = hourly wage + 25% × 45 hours -- Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay - Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work exceeding 45 hours/month will be compensated separately - Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately - Performance-based bonus available in addition
