Campaign Overview

We’re giving $10 in BTC to all new customers who sign up to bitFlyer USA and buy at least $100 on Buy/Sell within 30 days after successfully registering an account.

Participation Eligibility

To be eligible for this promotion, you must meet the following requirements:

• Create an account with bitFlyer USA and complete account verification.

• Make a USD deposit and buy at least $100 on Buy/Sell within 30 days after signing up. Sell volume on Buy/Sell and any volume generated on our bitFlyer Lightning platform will not be considered.

• Did not sign up through our Referral Program or another active promotion.

• Have never made a trade before on bitFlyer USA.

This promotion is also available for existing bitFlyer USA customers when they make their first purchase of at least $100 on Buy/Sell from October 25, 2021 to November 30, 2021 at 11:59:59 PM PST.

Campaign Duration

This campaign has no specific end date for new customers.

As mentioned above, existing customers who have not made a trade on bitFlyer USA yet and are eligible for the promotion must make their purchase of $100 from October 25, 2021 to November 30, 2021 at 11:59:59 PM PST.

Reward Distribution

The reward amount will be issued the following month after at least $100 in buy volume has been generated on Buy/Sell. The exact timing of the reward during the month will be determined by bitFlyer USA, Inc.

Important Notes

• The reward amount will be issued in BTC and the BTC value will be determined by bitFlyer USA, Inc. at the time of distribution.

• Applicable to customers residing in the states where we operate in the US only. bitFlyer Europe and bitFlyer Japan customers are not eligible for this promotion.

• Customers can only have one account per person. Customers who already have a bitFlyer account cannot create a duplicate account.

• Not available to corporate or institutional customers.

• A valid USD deposit via wire transfer or ACH must be made prior to the purchase.

• If you signed up through the bitFlyer Referral Program, you will not be eligible for this promotion. Customers that sign up through the Referral Program will receive $15 in BTC after they meet the requirements.

• Volume generated on Recurring Buy is eligible for this campaign.

• If you signed up through a different campaign, you will not be eligible for this promotion.

• Customers who have canceled their bitFlyer account in the past or at the time of giving the reward are not eligible for this campaign.

• If the following circumstances are found, the right to receive the reward may be invalidated. After delivery of the reward, we may take measures such as confiscation.

　• If it turns out that you have created multiple accounts by yourself.

　• When it turns out that false information is used.

　• If we judge that the terms of use and other requirements are not satisfied, or we judge that it is an illegal act.

The Company may change, suspend, discontinue, or terminate some or all of the services in this campaign without prior notice. In addition, we do not take any responsibility for damage caused by change, interruption, suspension or termination.
