Kazuhisa Mando

Mr. Mando started his career as an IT engineer at a manufacturer-affiliated systems integrator, where he was involved in a wide range of development work, including embedded, desktop, and web applications, and gained experience in project management. Aiming to develop in an environment closer to the customer and grow as an engineer, he moved on to a social game company in 2013. He was responsible for the development of new original games, the technical management of post-launch games and handled system stabilization and cost optimization in a large-scale environment. Eventually, Mr. Mando served as the head of the department responsible for building the company-wide technology infrastructure, building the common infrastructure used for all products and providing technical support to each team.

Mr. Mando joined bitFlyer in 2017, sensing the potential of blockchain. Since joining the company, he has been working on stabilization/acceleration of the system and developed Miyabi, a proprietary blockchain product.
