Entry method
All customers who meet the following conditions during the campaign period will be automatically enrolled in the campaign.
・You have entered the campaign on this campaign page.
・You have incurred swap points from using Lightning FX/Futures after entering the campaign.*
*Swap points incurred from positions that you have been holding prior to the start of the campaign also qualify for cashback. However, please note that swap points incurred before you have entered the campaign will not qualify for cashback even if they were incurred during the campaign period.
Campaign rewards
All customers who meet the above campaign entry requirements during the campaign period will have their swap points fully refunded as cashback in Japanese yen.*
*The cashback amount is capped at 1,000,000 yen per account for the duration of the campaign.
*Lightning FX SFD is not eligible for cashback.
*Swap points are calculated as the total of (the absolute value of open positions x 0.04% per day), (Base unit: JPY).
*The total value of open positions is calculated by multiplying the total volume of open positions the customer holds by the closing price of the previous day.
Crediting of rewards
The rewards are scheduled to be sent in December 2021.*

・All swap points incurred on and after December 1, 2021, 0:00 AM (JST), do not qualify for this campaign.
・Only individual and corporate customers of Japan qualify for this campaign.
・There may only be one bitFlyer account per person. Users who already have an existing bitFlyer account may not create any additional accounts.
・You are required to complete the procedures for identity verification before you can trade cryptocurrency. Please click here for more information.
・We may be unable to cater to your requests depending on the results of the review conducted by our company during the identity verification process. Please apply as early as possible as it may take some time for us to complete the review.
・The following customers are disqualified from entry into this campaign
・Customers whose bitFlyer accounts are closed at the time of sending the rewards.
・Entries will be invalidated if any of the following are confirmed. If the reward had already been given at the time of confirmation, we may take actions including seizure.
・If you are found to have created multiple accounts
・If the registered email address can not send or receive emails
・If any false information has been used
・Any other action that is deemed to be in violation of bitFlyer’s Terms of Use other requirements, or any act that is deemed worthy of disqualification
・We will not be able to answer any inquiries regarding the campaign’s results.

- When making purchases or sales of crypto assets on Buy/Sell, or exchanging them for other crypto assets, customers bear the spread. The spread is the difference between the purchase and selling prices. The fees incurred when buying or selling crypto assets, exchanging them for other crypto assets or over-the-counter crypto asset derivatives as well as the calculation methods for the corresponding fees can be found on our “Fees and Taxes” page.
- Over-the-counter crypto asset derivatives are negotiated transactions between you and bitFlyer, Inc. which is the counterparty for you on those derivatives.
