Campaign overview

The campaign is open to customers with a bitFlyer account. Up to 10 winners who answer the bitFlyer 10th Anniversary Quiz and purchase at least JPY 10,000 worth of crypto assets on bitFlyer’s Buy/Sell during the campaign period will be selected in the raffle campaign to receive Avalanche (AVAX), The Graph (GRT) or the Render Token (RNDR) worth JPY 50,000!

　Please note that even if there are less than 10 winners, re-raffling will not be conducted.

　Please note that you cannot select which crypto asset to receive as a prize.

Campaign conditions

You can complete an application to the campaign by meeting the following conditions during the campaign period.

1) Completion of opening a new bitFlyer account including identity verification

2) Completion of entry process on the campaign page

3) Participation in the bitFlyer 10th Anniversary quiz

4) Purchase of at least JPY 10,000 worth of crypto assets on bitFlyer’s Buy/Sell* during the campaign period

*Any type of crypto asset on bitFlyer’s Buy/Sell service will qualify.

Prize details

Up to 10 winners that fulfill the above campaign requirements will be selected by raffle to receive Avalanche (AVAX), The Graph (GRT) or the Render Token (RNDR) worth JPY 50,000*.

*The number of AVAX, GRT or RNDR units to be distributed will be determined based on their respective price at the end of the campaign.

Timing of prize distribution

The distribution is scheduled for the end of April, 2024. The winners will be notified about the results at the timing of distribution.

The identification procedure includes a screening process that may take some time. Please consider that when you plan to participate in the campaign. Please also understand that depending on the result of the screening process, we may not be able to fulfill your account creation request.

The following customers are not eligible for this campaign

　 - Customers who have closed their bitFlyer account at the time the prizes are distributed

The right to receive the prize may be voided, and if already delivered, measures such as confiscation of the prize may be taken, if we find out that any one of the following conditions apply.

　- Discovery of single person creating multiple accounts

　- Inability to send or receive emails to or from the registered contact information

　- Discovery of using false information

　- bitFlyer deems that the user does not meet the Terms of Use or other requirements or bitFlyer deems that the user is committing an illegal act

Additional raffle will not be performed in the event that a winner is disqualified from the campaign or forfeits the right to receive a prize as described above.

bitFlyer will contact winners individually. Winners will be disqualified if bitFlyer cannot reach them by the specified date or the account is restricted and the prize cannot be allotted.

Please note that we will not respond to any inquiries regarding the results of the campaign.

bitFlyer reserves the right to change, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any or all of the services in this campaign without prior notice. bitFlyer shall not be liable for any damages caused by such change, suspension, discontinuance, or termination.

• If bitFlyer deems Avalanche (AVAX), The Graph (GRT) or the Render Token (RNDR) (hereafter “the new crypto assets”) to be inappropriate for any reasons, including but not limited to: non-permanence, legal concerns, or problems under customer asset protection (e.g, protocol vulnerabilities), bitFlyer may decide not to release the new crypto asset. In such cases, bitFlyer accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

• bitFlyer will not respond to any questions regarding judgment on the handling of these new crypto assets.

• In the event of a blockchain divergence such as hard fork, other changes in crypto asset specifications, airdrops, etc., bitFlyer will determine whether or not to respond and how to respond to such events. bitFlyer accepts no liability for any loss or damages caused to the customer or a third party in the event that bitFlyer takes no action, defects or changes in the response.
