To mark the occasion, we're running a launch campaign. Up to 10 customers who purchase a total of JPY 10,000 or more of TRX, GRAM, ATOM, or XDC (in any combination) on bitFlyer Buy / Sell during the campaign period will be selected by drawing to receive JPY 10,000 worth of one of these crypto assets.

■ Campaign Period
Tuesday, September 29, 2026 to Thursday, October 29, 2026
■ Campaign Conditions
Customers who meet all of the following conditions will be entered into the drawing.
・You have a bitFlyer account and have completed identity verification.
・During the campaign period, you purchase a total of JPY 10,000 or more of TRX, GRAM, ATOM, or XDC (in any combination) on bitFlyer Buy / Sell.
* Customers who meet the conditions are entered automatically. No sign-up is required.
* Your purchase total is calculated across all four eligible crypto assets combined.
■ Prize
Up to 10 customers who meet the campaign conditions will be selected by drawing to receive JPY 10,000 worth of TRX, GRAM, ATOM, or XDC (spot).
* The crypto asset awarded is selected from among the eligible crypto assets the winner purchased during the campaign period. If you purchased more than one, bitFlyer will select one of them by drawing and award that asset.
* Customers cannot choose which crypto asset they receive.
* The quantity of crypto awarded is calculated based on the closing price on the campaign end date, October 29, 2026.
■ When Prizes Are Awarded

* We will notify you by in-app notification or email once the prize has been awarded.
■ Campaign-specific Disclaimer
This campaign is open to customers residing in Japan who hold a bitFlyer account with completed identity verification.
Users are allowed only one bitFlyer account. Customers already holding a bitFlyer account cannot register a duplicate account.
To trade crypto assets, identity verification is required. For more information, please visit our Identity Verification FAQ.
The identity verification screening process may take some time. Please plan your participation accordingly. Please also note that depending on the outcome of the screening, we may not be able to approve your account.
Inquiries regarding campaign results will not be answered.
The right to receive a prize will be forfeited in the following cases:
・The winner's bitFlyer account has been closed at the time the prize is awarded
・The winner's bitFlyer account has restrictions in place at the time the prize is awarded that prevent the prize from being allocated
A second drawing will not be held in the event that a winner forfeits the right to receive a prize.
bitFlyer reserves the right to change, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any or all of the services in this campaign without prior notice.
bitFlyer shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result.
bitFlyer will not disclose any individual reasons for exclusion from prize distribution, beyond those already announced.
